Too curious to stay in one lane.
I’ve built a career following questions across product strategy, design, and leadership. I like understanding how things connect: what people need, what a business is trying to achieve, and what helps a team do its best work. That curiosity takes me in plenty of directions—and gives me a broader perspective to bring to every challenge.

Give the messy middle some direction.
An idea that needs testing. An experience that’s become complicated. A team with different ideas about what comes next. I connect customer needs, business priorities, and delivery realities to help people find a way forward.
HOW I LEAD
Clear ownership. Room to surprise me.
I give people context, trust, and space to make decisions. Expect candid conversations, questions that sharpen the work, and enough humor to keep us human.
HOW I THINK
The interesting part is often where things don’t add up.
I notice the gaps between what people say, what they do, and how systems behave. Following those threads helps me reframe the problem and make the next move clearer.

Color
In my home, my wardrobe, and usually my hair. I have a soft spot for bold combinations and very little interest in beige.
Vintage finds
Estate sales are my kind of treasure hunt. I’m drawn to pieces with a past, a little character, and an unexpected place in a modern room.
At home
Colorado, a house full of animals, and an ongoing list of things I want to make my own. Decorating is apparently a permanent hobby.
Music
I make drum and bass as Neural Exchange. Another place to play with patterns, build tension, and make people feel something.
